Following the candidate’s shortlisting, there will be one or more rounds of in-person, telephone, or video interviews as well as CTC negotiations.

Shortlisting:

A candidate will not be entitled to an interview simply by meeting the requirements for experience and qualifications.

A sufficient number of candidates will be selected for interviews when the Bank’s shortlisting committee determines the shortlisting criteria.

Based solely on interview scores, a merit list for selection will be created in descending order.

If more than one candidate receives the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), they will be placed in the merit list in descending order of age.

• The candidate must provide their signature and photo as directed on the online registration page (under “How to Upload Document”) in order for their online application to be registered.
• Candidates should thoroughly fill out the application. The candidate should submit their application once it has been fully completed.

• A temporary registration number and password are created by the system and shown on the screen when the data or application is saved. The registration number and password should be noted by the candidate.
